This light roast coffee from Doi Phak Kud, Nan Province,
undergoes Preedas signature Whisky Yeast fermentation,
Dry Process, and LTLH Drying. The result is a cup that is clean,
balanced, and naturally refined.
The name Jiu (九) symbolizes longevity, harmony, and completeness.
In the cup, it offers a silky, full-bodied mouthfeel with
deep sweetness reminiscent of raisins and dried fruits,
lifted by the lively brightness of mandarin orange.
Aromas of red apple and lemon zest bring a refreshing clarity,
before finishing with a lingering floral nectar sweetness that
leaves a lasting impression.
