VARIETALS: Bourbon, Typica, Catimor

PROCESS: Black Honey & Wash Process Blend

ROAST LEVEL: Light

CUP PROFILE: Brown sugar, citrus fruit, floral, honey, smooth body,long lasting with sweet syrup.

RECOMMEND: Filter (88-90°C), Ratio 1:15 Degas 7-10 days
