Maneepruek Catimor Gesha Mosto

Maneepruek Catimor (Gesha Mosto Honey Process)

A New Side of Catimor, Full of Brightness and Flavor Complexity

This light-roasted coffee comes from Maneepruek, Nan, Thailand, and is crafted by Wichai Kamnoetmongkol (Rong Kluay), a dedicated coffee producer who continuously explores new ways to improve coffee quality.

By introducing Mosto, the fermentation liquid derived from Gesha coffee, into the fermentation of Catimor through the Honey Process, he brings greater complexity and new dimensions of flavor to this familiar coffee variety.

Every step is carefully managed, from selecting high-quality coffee cherries to closely monitoring the fermentation process, ensuring a clean and high-quality result.

The result is a bright and refreshing light roast, featuring vibrant notes of Citrus, Grapefruit, Lemon, and Mandarin, balanced by delicate honey-like sweetness and subtle floral aromas.

This coffee reflects the creativity and dedication of its producer, proving that even a familiar variety like Catimor can offer an entirely new coffee experience.
