Honey Mae Hoh

A special small-lot coffee from a close-knit family who works hand in hand through every step of the process.
This honey-processed coffee was sun-dried for 7 days, followed by 7 more days using the LTLH (Low Temperature, Low Humidity) drying methodgently drawing out its natural sweetness.
The result is a coffee with a bright and multi-layered flavor profile.
Aromas reminiscent of honeycomb open into lively citrusy fruit, followed by soft notes of honey and lemon.Its juicy, smooth, and beautifully balanced in every sip.
