The Return of Plum — New Crop 2026
Getting Plum back on the cupping table was never guaranteed.

In recent years, processing Thai coffee has become increasingly challenging. Unseasonal rain, high humidity, and unpredictable weather conditions have made Dry Process coffees more difficult to produce than ever before. During drying, even the smallest mistake can alter the aroma, flavor, and overall quality of the coffee.

One lesson we've learned over the years is simple:

Every harvest is different.

Some years bring cleaner sweetness. Some years carry higher moisture levels. Some seasons shift faster than expected.

Yet we continue to make Plum every season.

Not only because of its distinctive notes of umeshu, plum, peach, and bright, clean acidity.

But because Plum represents something more important.

It reminds us that rethinking the way we approach drying can genuinely transform the quality of Thai coffee.

What began as an experiment in processing has gradually become a coffee that many people look forward to every harvest.

And now, Plum returns once again with the 2026 crop.
