Honey JAVA Maneepreuk is one of those coffees that coffee lovers know is truly special.

JAVA is a rare and exceptional coffee variety. It is challenging to grow, requires very specific growing conditions, and demands great care throughout cultivation and processing. Much of what makes this coffee so remarkable comes from the dedication and craftsmanship of P’Rong Kluay — Wichai Kamnerdmongkol, who carefully oversees both the cultivation and processing.

This year’s JAVA has a beautiful character defined by its gentle, delicate sweetness, reminiscent of honey and light syrup. It is smooth, easy to drink, and carries a subtle jasmine-like aroma that feels instantly pleasant and inviting.

Even before roasting, the quality is easy to see. The green beans are beautifully elongated, healthy, and exceptionally clean, with virtually no visible defects. Their soft fragrance brings to mind freshly cooked rice lightly glazed with honey — a small hint of the distinctive character and potential hidden inside JAVA.
